      Admissions Visitor Center Provided 2-3 weekly campus tours to prospective students and accompanying families making up groups of anywhere from 3 to 25 people. During tours, a relatable and transparent student experience was modeled to assist prospective students in the college decision-making process. Provided detailed, factual information about university buildings, academics, safety, transportation, health and safety, and student life. In total, ~200 tours were given. Tours were tailored to effectively communicate to audiences of diverse races, socioeconomic statuses, abilities, and cultures. As a Residence Hall Tour Coordinator, supervision of Residence Hall Tour Guides and hosting visitors was offered to ensure smooth and welcoming transitions for guests touring campus residence halls. Offered feedback for route revisions and script suggestions as a senior employee to better serve visitors by balancing both necessary, objective information and personable, individualized student experiences to be shared on tours. In addition to regular, daily tours, select "special group" visits of high school classes and middle school groups and bus tours around our extended campus were provided. Show less
