I am proud to offer my recommendation of Lindsey to whom I have personally known for four years at Stonefire Grill as their manager. During my working relationship with Lindsey, I have experienced an individual who always works hard, carries themselves in a respectable and polite manner and who always continues to prove she is an amazing benefit to our team. I am proud to say that she has a great work ethic in which brings out the best in other employees, including myself. Lindsey’s care, thoughtfulness, kindness and passion she has for her team, fellow managers and guests is what makes Lindsey such a considerable asset. Lindsey is understanding, patient and is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure our guests at Stonefire Grill have a memorable experience. Working side by side with Lindsey has been the greatest pleasure. I know Lindsey is going to be more than exceptional as a teacher one day. She will always make her students feel comfortable and will maintain a positive atmosphere around her. It is without reservation that I believe Lindsey would make an amazing teacher.

Lindsey is a very dedicated hard-working individual. She bring in new perspective to every role she is presented with. I had the privilege working with Lindsey during a National University course. She recommended many strategies to improve classroom management and keep a positive environment. Lindsey is very thorough when presenting ideas about SEL in the classroom and works wonderfully with her students and peers. I believe Lindsey will be an amazing teacher in the near future and can't wait to see where her success takes her.

    • Anchor Chart
      • Feb 2023 - Feb 2023

This anchor chart I created for teachers is an interactive visual poster to assist them in teaching Tier Two Vocabulary instruction. Anchor charts also benefit students with organizing important or critical information.

    • Cross-Curricular Unit Lesson Plan
      • Feb 2023 - Feb 2023

A cross-curricular lesson plan I built around the central theme of investing in one's own community and it's members. The slideshow presentation touches on each core subject taught in elementary schools and how the central theme of community is distributed within each subject.

    • Student Literacy Profile
      • Feb 2023 - Feb 2023

A student literacy profile I conducted after reading literary assessments were performed. I evaluated the student's strengths and areas of growth and selected learning activities tailored to the student's learning needs to improve their literacy skills. I selected narrative and informative texts for the student based on their Lexile Level, strengths, and areas of opportunity.
