  I have been delivering Apprenticeships with First 4 Skills for over 15 years. I currently deliver Retail, Administration, Customer Service, Team Leading and Management all at Levels 2 and 3 with Functional Skills Maths, English and ICT at level 2. I have My D32/33 qualification as well as PTLLS and V-Units. Throughout my time at First 4 Skills I have prided myself on a 100% visit rate each month and No unfunded learners. I am hard working and determined to make sure learners are motivated and engaged throughout their programme so that they can achieve timely and be inspired to want to progress onto further qualifications. I am experienced at verifying portfolios and would often complete extra duties in this area when I was needed along with supporting and covering the team when my manager was absent. Show less
