At my office, I provide RN's and LPN's into the homes of my pediatric clients to ensure their medical support. We also have trained caregivers, CNA's, and MA's on staff that have undergone several background checks and thorough training. I have been the Branch Manager of the Boise office since the doors opened in May when ResCare bought out a local company where I was the Health Administrator managing multiple locations. Since then I have grown profitable business, merged offices and open new business in Eastern Idaho, also taking on the role as acting Executive Director for Southern Idaho. My joy is to help people in any way. I feel that the smallest gesture can be that lifting point for many people. I have increased the revenue of my offices each month, exceeding revenue projections based off yearly budget. Manage branch P&L, focusing on trends and maximizing utilization are daily tasks I do to ensure growth. Developing new marketing techniques with an always changing industry. The relationships I have built with my employees AND my clients have been my greatest success. I create and implement individual programs and schedules for children to learn everyday living tasks. Programs are tailored to each child according to how they learn and how they find success. This includes working closely with families to ensure their child's independence. I also coordinate and insure the overall development, implementation and quarterly evaluation and review of each client's individual plan of care and supervise the delivery of training relative to the plan of care.
