  As a senior processor I am responsible for completing an eviction from beginning to end. I have to keep our clients updated throughout the entire process and provide them with any information they may need. I have to make sure that our courts receive the proper paperwork and that our attorneys have everything they need in order to attend a hearing.

  As a Supervisor I managed a 6 person team. I was in charge of making sure my employees filed the correct documents to our District Courts. We made many changes and I assisted in many team conversions and changes in processes. I also assisted in training employee's when their process changed.
