I had the great privilege to work with Lindsey at the Outdoor Recreation Roundtable during a period of major organizational growth and advancement, where I saw her demonstrate her best attributes on a daily basis: strategic planning and execution, and commitment to advancing organizational culture and mission. Lindsey has an outstanding ability to advance multiple priorities at once through an impressive level of background organization and planning. This was displayed via our collaboration on multiple grants (including notoriously thorough federal grants), where Lindsey’s attention to detail ensured alignment to pre-determined timelines and strong content that aligned with our organization’s mission. Lindsey also helped our team look inward at our working systems and instituted new ideas that helped our fully-remote team collaborate effectively. More than anything, Lindsey was a joy to work with and lived her values, and her future teams will be lucky to have her many talents on board.

As an Outdoor Recreation Roundtable Board member, I had the privilege of working with Lindsey and observing her continual delivery of high quality, professional products and services demanded of her in this high-profile, leadership role. Lindsey is a very polished, savvy, and competent outdoor recreation professional with a tremendously valuable set of soft and technical skills. Her creative and strategic inputs will be sorely missed at ORR but we look forward to working with her wherever she lands in her next professional role.
