Lead and inspire staff members to work to their fullest potential, train new staff and DJ's, coordinate programming with the Program Director, lead regular station and staff meetings, act as a bridge between WASU and the Boone community, assure that WASU serves at the public's interest, convenience and necessity.

• Jan 2013 - Present

Serve the public by creating, producing, and announcing content over the air that is entertaining and relevant. Relay the positive image and message of WASU, and maintain a good relationship between the local Boone community and WASU.

• May 2014 - Aug 2015

Ensure the success of all technical and program related on-air operations. Create and implement the daily logs at WASU. Ensure that the format of the radio station is carried out through on-air personalities, and in music logs. Work with the music director to implement an effective programming strategy through music categories. Work closely with the station manager in order to ensure that the DJ's and staff work together to create a positive and professional work environment.
