I actively work with many non-profit community-based and healthcare entities, act as the leader of the Rural Stearns Live Well at Home® Coalition, provide supervision to several staff members, and manage grant and departmental budgets. I also serve on many committees that benefit organizational staff, the seniors and people with difficult life situations on campus, and those living in the greater community. These include the Department Management Committee, Marketing Committee, and Fund Development Committee. This role previously included management of Assumption Court Apartments until mid-2014.With this role I oversaw all admissions and discharges and provided service coordination for tenants within the building to assure that tenants were safe and comfortable in their apartment and that proper services were in place to support their well-being.
