Lindsay is the consummate professional who enthusiastically helps bind a team together. From the moment she joined Philips, her contributions were immediate, positive, and impactful. Her specific role was dynamic, with different challenges being presented on a weekly basis, yet Lindsay tackled every new assignment with composure, intelligence, and energy. She was not only an outstanding direct report, but our entire team was also greatly improved with her contributions. In fact, Lindsay was regarded as one of the ‘go to’ people within our entire division. I also received multiple emails singing her praises from customers, they truly appreciated her voice as an internal advocate. I have no doubt Lindsay will be successful in any future endeavors.

Lindsay has worked for the CSTA for the last two years. In that role she has dealt with a very diverse (in location, style, and just about any measure of diversity) board of directors in a way that makes everyone feel they are always getting her full attention no matter how much work she was juggling. Her people skills are amazing as she deals with people who are upset, angry, frustrated, or just confused. Her project management skills have been important to the success and many important projects and events over the last two years. Details do not get dropped and unforeseen complications get handled, often without most participants even aware they come up. Lindsay is someone everyone wants on their team. I can't say enough good about her.
