Innovation Delivery Graduate
-
Aug 2021 - Present
The first graduate to join this newly formed team, grown from 5 to 13 members. As a central function in a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy innovations role is to facilitate and incubate ideas for new products and services. Essentially a change management function, identifying what’s required in order to take something from an idea to business as usual. My role in this focusses on the stakeholder engagement at the implementation end, engaging with the rest of the business hosting conferences and workshops to up-skill the teams in collaborative working and selling and delivering new products and services. As well as engaging with external clients and allies, creating and collating all the required collateral to make this happen. Show less
