She relishes working in a project capacity or on specific initiatives and works hard to achieve these goals with positive outcomes.

I have had the pleasure of working with Lindsay over the last 10 years. She is a highly dependable individual who has a great eye for spotting opportunities and a meticulous attention to detail. Whether it be in a team environment or working on her own initiative Lindsay is able to organise her workload and that of others to ensure tasks are completed on time. Lindsay truly leads by example and does not expect anyone to do anything that she isn't willing to do herself. Any employer would be lucky to have her as a part of their team.

    • Project Manager
      • Jan 2013 - Dec 2014

Managed a project to deliver a brand new CRM system into the organisation. My responsibilities include the management of project resources, Working closely with the business analyst to deliver the business requirements, Managing key business stakeholders, Co-ordinating development activities across sites, Reporting progress, Input into project board meetings and proactively managing risks and issues. I worked closely with the Programme Manager, Managing Director, IT Director, Team Leaders & Recruitment Consultants to ensure all requirements were captured and prioritised accordingly. This ensured the end product would meet the demands of the business and the user’s requirements. In addition to my role as project manager I was asked to cover maternity leave for a recruitment team leader. This involves the day to day management of a team of 7 recruitment consultants, Analysing the banks of doctors and identifying which were currently in work and which presented an opportunity. Identifying areas of improvement within the compliance process and working with the compliance manager to implement them. Ensuring doctors files were complete and fit for audit to eliminate risk of breaches. I have also focussed on reducing cost within the operational process by increasing staff awareness of external and internal costs. I attend weekly sales meetings with the Managing Director and Monthly with the Business Development team to ensure we are attracting the right client/doctor balance. I worked with the Managing Director on an increasing the profile of HCL Doctors using social media such as LinkedIn. This raised brand awareness and had a positive effect on the numbers of enquiries received from doctors which in turn translated into increased profits. I also worked closely with the marketing department to support their campaigns.
