I am writing to highly recommend Lindsay Raider for any role in property management. I have had the pleasure of working with Lindsay for the past few years as her boss, and I have watched her blossom into a highly capable and reliable assistant community manager. In her current role, Lindsay is responsible for developing marketing plans and creating advertisements to promote the 170-unit apartment building she helps me manage. This includes using the internet to reach potential tenants. Lindsay's main job is to complete lease packages and maintain high occupancy rates by conducting effective apartment tours, answering questions, and highlighting the selling points of the property. She also trains and manages a leasing team and organizes resident events and services. Lindsay is also responsible for managing the transfer procedures from one unit to another and the renewals for the building. Lindsay works regularly with local vendors and has built strong relationships with them. She is skilled at networking and building connections with the local businesses in the community. She is also very personable and takes the time to get to know the residents, making them feel welcome and at home in the building. In addition to her work in property management, Lindsay is a licensed real estate salesperson and brings a unique eye for luxury and extravagance to her work. She is able to identify properties that offer the highest value and appeal to a wide range of potential buyers or tenants. She is always looking for ways to improve the properties she works with and make them stand out in the market. I find that I don't have to micromanage Lindsay. She is very self reliant and I don't have to follow up with tasks until they are complete. She is well spoken and has a great grasp of the written word. Lindsay is also able to step in for me when I am not available. Lindsay has a very social personality and is a big pet lover. She is well traveled and brings a diverse perspective to her work. In addition to these duties, Lindsay manages the parking garages and assists our corporate accountant with accounts payables. She handles administrative tasks such as filing, database management, answering phone calls and emails, setting appointments, and purchasing office supplies. I highly recommend Lindsay for any leadership role in property management. She has been with the company since September 2018 and is a valuable asset to our team.
