  I currently service over 800 students a week providing General Music classes to 1st and 2nd graders and Choir Classes to 4th and 5th graders at all 5 Elementary Schools in Manhattan Beach.

  Taught Musical Theater to kids age 3-12 after school and during summer sessions. Students learned acting techniques, vocal exercises, and put on a musical show for parents at the end of 9 weeks of class.

  For the short time I was here I ran the Music Department in the District Office which included organizing many large scale performances, special student programs in Music, Art, and Dance. I was also in charge of reporting and managing budget expenditures, and developing curriculum for the District in those areas as well teaching classes in Music and Dance to levels 2nd-12th grade.

  At West I directed 5 daily classes of Band, Choir, and Music Appreciation. While I was there my numbers more than doubled, we received high markings at our competitions, and I had more students accepted into Honor Band than the last 5 years combined. I also started an after school Elementary music program for 4th and 5th graders as well.
