  At this fast-paced seasonal entertainment facility, I took on the responsibility of two roles in the establishment. Being a part of the event staff crew I was able to setup and breakdown equipment prior to and after each show, help organize a seating layout depending on the anticipated turnout, scan tickets, fix patron issues and maintain a safe environment for guests and performers. Moving my way into the box office representative position, I mastered the Ticketmaster system and transactions to sell tickets via telephone and ticket window. I acted as a secretary of the venue by performing basic customer service and office oriented tasks.

  Out of the various UNH Dining Services locations, I was part of the Union Court team which was a retail food store in the heart of campus. My position required serving & preparing food for each of the five stations, trained new employees on how to run a station when necessary, and accountable for keeping cash drawer balanced. I was able to practice my hospitality human resources skills by running a series of interviews as the student, employee representative when in the process of selecting our new manager for Union Court. Also, I was selected by management as a recipient of the Fred Kfoury Scholarship for my hard work and dedication to dining services.
