      I'm responsible for a lot of the behind the scenes office work. I mostly stay busy entering things to submit in to warranty. Once any 8 of our technicians write down how a certain job will get done, I enter it into our system and make sure all the needed information for warranty is there and submit it to our warranty administrator. Also for warranty, I go through all of the pictures that the technicians take for warranty and make sure the pictures are clear and label all the pictures to match whatever warranty job it is for. I'm also primarily responsible for making sure all of the technicians are flagged for the time they spend on any given job. Besides entering information in for warranty, I also put in all the information for all the other jobs our technicians do that aren't covered by warranty. I also make sure all of the Delivery Orders we receive are filed alphabetically. I'm also responsible for organizing and filing all of the finished and closed out repair orders.
