Lindsay was my morning relief when I was working as a Night Auditor over the night shift. She was always timely, if not early, and always willing to get behind the desk and help me with a rush even if she was not yet punched in. Moreover, she had been working at University Quality Inn longer than me and she was always patient and helpful whenever I had any questions. I was always happy to know she was working the next shift because I could save questions and ask her rather than call my supervisor in the middle of the night and wake him up. Lindsay has great customer service and she is a creative problem solver. Anyone would be lucky to have her as part of their workforce.
