I had an intensive design internship in Vincennes, France (just outside of Paris) for four months. During this time I graded patterns from their haute couture collection into their ready-to-wear collection. I helped with molding and draping new looks for their upcoming collection "Narcisse". I made three pants, one coat, and one top for the collection "Narcisse". I went to manufactures in and around Paris to observe how the garments were being made, to pay for the garments, and also to pick up the garments once finished. I bought and searched for supplies for the atelier. I helped with the final show for "Narcisse". I helped sell her collection "ST Phalle" and some of her "Experimentations" pieces to french buyers looking to sell in China. In conclusion, my last two months I researched new brands, trends, textiles, style lines, colors, and inspirational photos for their upcoming collection "A Bloody Love Story". I rendered photos from paintings and designed textiles. I made various types of textile molds. I made multiple samples out of fabric and paper. I put together mood boards of possible looks or colors for their new collection "A Bloody Love Store". Show less
