I worked closely with Lindsay over the time we were both employed by Shaw Trust. Lindsay worked as a business improvement and change co-odinator and was responsible for major improvements in the change process across the organisation whilst implementing system improvements. Lindsay’s focus, passion to succeed and tenacity towards her work allowed her to shine through and become the ‘person to turn to’ when there was a problem with a system or data. We worked together to solve many issues and Lindsay’s ability to articulate a situation to others was clear and factual. Above all, Lindsay is approachable, friendly, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Lindsay is a asset to any company, she is really helpful. She will go above and beyond her line of work to help people including exceeding her contracted hours. Without Lindsay I would have not been as successful in my role, where my knowledge ended Lindsay could fill the gaps.I have learned so much from Lindsay that I can take to my new job. She is passionate, enthusiastic and I always felt it when she was on annual leave. I will miss speaking/communicating with Lindsay on a daily basis. I will really miss working with her. We built a fantastic working relationship working in different locations. I wish Lindsay all the luck in the future and hope that I find another person like Lindsay to help me in my current role.
