  I Assist individuals and families in obtaining and maintaining housing, through a housing first model. As a PSH (Permanent Supportive Housing ) Case Manager, I use motivational interviewing along with critical time intervention training to guide clients at an extremely vulnerable level in connecting with community resources. This helps create a network of community support that enables vulnerable clients to live independently and as part of the community.   I assist families who are currently experiencing homelessness with finding and maintaining housing, through rental subsidy assistance and life skills training. Through working with a collaborative with the county and another local resource we create a system of support that allows our clients to become independently successful and self sustained.
