I have had the opportunities to work with Lindie on the Swinburne University's Master Students Industry Project since April 2021. Lindie, as a Program and Insights Manager at Career Ahead, was very helpful and professional when she was managing the students placement, onboarding, project definition and concerns with the respective stakeholders including LXRP, Alliances, Swinburne University and the students. Moreover, Lindie was also very passionate about helping the students and the industry partners to achieve the best outcome for the industry projects for the benefits of all parties and stakeholders. Lindie would regularly check in with the industry supervisors, academic supervisor as well as the students and would always take immediate action to resolve any logistical issues or concerns/ problem raised by the students or their industry supervisors. I, as an industry supervisor of the master students, was highly impressed by Lindie's passion, professionalism and helpfulness, as well as her organisation and stakeholder management skills. It has been a great pleasure to work together with Lindie to supervise, support and mentor the students. It is without hesitation that I highly recommend Lindie to any organisation or company as she will be a great asset to the organisation and company.

Lindie has been a much valued program manager of the Swinburne University Career Success Program. Lindie demonstrated strong commitment to increase student engagement and satisfaction with the program. Lindie’s outstanding communication and organisational skills were an asset and her dedication was much appreciated by Swinburne staff.
