  Roles & Responsibility Compliance: Implements ,maintains, administrates ISO 22716 certification and the quality management system, including related standards (E-mark). Ensuring all aspects of the production process comply with GMP regulations. Ensure that international and national legislation are applied and adhered to. Assist Quality Manager with internal audits. QMS: Reporting discovered defects to all relevant departments for correction. Record keeping of all product complaints. Quality Control: Ensure that calibrations of all equipment are carried out timeously. Ensure that validation activities are carried out as when required. Analysis of trends and performing root cause analysis to identify risks and recommend mitigation actions to prevent risk from materialising. Ensure that follow up findings is performed and that corrective actions are sufficient. Checking that raw materials or componentry in the production process are of suitable quality. Carry out all in-process checks to ensure all finished goods are of suitable quality. Perform Quality tests on finished goods. Inspecting production machinery and employees to make sure the production process runs smoothly -Daily calibrations , weekly swabs , water testing. Stock Control - allocation of bulk product to smaller denominations to ensure accurate stock movement( Decanting) . Ensure that work orders are closed timeously and that all supporting documents and transactions are comprehensive and complete. Product returns: Document all product complaints. Manage product returns and facilitate corrective actions. Ensure that returned stock adjustments are accurately reflected on the ERP system. Liaising with reps/promoters to ensure swift product replacements to stockists. Perform swift replacements for online orders. Continuous improvement: Assist Quality Manager in problem solving techniques including DMAIC , RCA , 5WHY etc. Communicate with Quality Manager on how to improve/optimize current processes.
