She was very active the management roles in the club serving a term as President while leading the club to Toastmasters Distinguished Club status. Linda is a colleague who is always conscientious and willing to go the extra mile to help with issues that arise. She's capable, she's hardworking, and she's pleasant to work with. I can recommend her highly for most any position, because I know she can do the job and do it well.

In 2018 we started our first formal planned giving program where we received over $25,000 from IRAs. In 2019 our bi-annual gala raised over $200,000. Our number of donors has increased 45% and the number of gifts has increased by 60% since 2015. Show less

I directed a highly qualified team of individuals who were responsible for keying in 60,000 gifts, updating 100,000 records and writing over 7,000 gift acknowledgment letters in one year. My negotiation skills enabled me to work with premier vendors who supplied accurate and up-to-date address and phone information improving the donor database and increasing the number of gifts. As operations were reviewed, processes were streamlined to improve results. An example was the creation of 8,000 tax letters which was reviewed and improved thus reducing effort by 20%. Managed a project to redesign a receipt form that used an old dot matrix form and created a new letter format improving stewardship. Show less
