Ik was medeverantwoordelijk voor het aannemen van opdrachten, het selecteren van geschikte invalkrachten en de planning. Hierbij is de communicatie met klanten en de werknemers erg belangrijk. Hiernaast had ik door mijn ervaring in de praktijk een unieke positie om mee te denken over uitbreidings mogelijkheden voor het bedrijf, manieren voor professionalisering en het verbeteren van de effectiviteit van de huidige manier van werken. Daarbij hield ik de voorraad bij en zorgde ik voor de bestellingen. Korte lijntjes met de arts hebben hier bijgedragen aan een goede communicatie.
