      My roll changed to Customer Manager. It involves more responsibility for our Customers perception about us. I did affect my roll so I had a bigger cooperation with all departments in a different way than before. Beyond that I also get a new department aftersales how handle services and repairs. Repairs has always been a challenge in this industry and we needed to do something better. We built a service center in Stockholm and Gothenburg and start with the embryo of Sweden’s “geek Squad”.       2005A large part the first time at my new employers the role was to integrate MSG with Phone House. It was very exciting and extremely rewarding, I learned a lot. I encountered new challenges that gave me more of useful experience.My responsibility during this time was to take care of all the finances (with all that implies empty accounts), sales support and back office for direct channels.2006-2009I moved almost all finance to financed department so all focus where on built a great sales support department and later on at customer care, a new department that I did get responsibility for. Sales support was placed in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmo. Sale support operation was to handle all back office for all sales departments except the stores (telesales, corporate sales, event sales, web sales). It was also a quality filter for secure that things we delivery to our customer was god. I created new functions for get greater quality to our customer, our quality department and one reclaims department. All for better customer satisfaction. Later on I did get a new department – customer care. This was a great challenge for me. It was chaotic but me and my team created a World Class Customer Care. At Phone house I has been highly involved in the journey from a pure sales organization to a sales organization with a focus on the customer. My staff was approx. 45-50 incl. managers.
