Linda is no less than the Patron Saint of New Media in Leeds. Her support for grassroots groups, academic crossovers, meetups and conferences in the city have been central in nurturing and advancing its various creative and digital industries' talents. Linda's equally able to navigate the conservative cultures of commerce, academia and local government, as she is the vibrant, fluid '2.0' communities. A great combination of vision and pragmatism, idealism and realpolitik, as well as the ability to take calculated risks. A wonderful collaborator and someone I've found to be a real pleasure to work with.

Linda is a great asset to the tech / startup community in the North of England . She is an enthusiastic champion of new technology and an invaluable contact for new start ups in the Leeds area. She has turned old broadcasting house in Leeds into a hot bed of activity where everyone is welcome.
