Designed subdivision's for telephone and internet both using a computer and hand drawing. Worked with the outside construction forces both within the GTE/Verizon organization as well as Developers, DOT. Provided information and drawings by field measuring, for State, County and City permiting. Was able to work within a yearly budget of over millions of dollars. Other management duties included supervising a staff of 30, being responsible for their schedules, and maintaining a positive work force. Researching and creating a billing system that allowed me to collect $14M in expense dollars within one year. Most work was self motivated and needed very little supervision and being able to maintain any goals given.
