      Privacy Officer Responsibilities included management of the File Room, Transcription, Release of Information, and Coding. Physician satisfaction was improved during the 5.5 years and physician suspension decreased to 1% - down from 57%. This was a union department which brought its own unique challenges to management and union relations.
