  Saint Francis is a level 1 trauma center that utilizes 20 plus operating rooms on any given day. I am the connection from the operating rooms to those outside of surgery. After getting transportation details from the nurse, I use our teletracking program to request transport for all inpatients needing surgery. I schedule urgent and emergent surgical proceedures for the current and next day and prepare the necessary paperwork.
