      • May of 2015, assigned as a Program Manager for the PCI Retail Debit and Card Management programs which were over budget and behind schedule. Combined program is the largest program the bank has had outside of an acquisition. It is a $134M multi-year program implemented in phases. The project is currently performing within the final budget and baselined schedule. • Prior to this assignment, I was assigned to Comerica Bank as the Program Manager responsible for the implementation of Payment Card Industry-Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS 3.X). These standards outline the requirements that must be implemented to ensure the protection of cardholder data. • Specifically responsible for defining security controls required to maintain the security of cardholder data and to prepare Comerica for annual audits of their processes for validation of compliance. • Accountable for contract budgeting, tracking, scheduling, resource acquisition, SOW development, process development and implementation. • Accountable for managing the overall PCI-DSS assessment for all areas of the bank. Work directly with the individual banking teams to ensure that evidence is prepared and available for review. Responsible for ensuring that the required interview candidates are available as required. Work as primary contact for the Qualified Security Analyst to ensure that evidence is available in a secure area for review; follow-up with evidence owners to ensure all evidence is complete and revised as necessary to meet the PCI-DSS 3.XX standards.
