I had the great pleasure of working with Linda Obeng during her time at SVP Worldwide. I worked in the Marketing Department, as the Director of Global Brand Communication in the USA and Linda managed the Marketing for the Canadian market. In all my interaction with Linda she was always very professional and knowledgeable about the market and her customers. She worked closely on the distribution network side as well as the mass consumer side ensuring our 3 machine brands were promoted and the brand integrity remained strong in the Canadian market and among the various channels. Linda and I worked very closely on a very complex new website project that involved translations and customizing two very large websites with hundreds of pages of content. Her patience, hard work and diligence to learn a new system and set up processes for future was exceptional. Above all, I enjoyed working with Linda because of her kindness, gracious spirit and hard work ethic. I could always count on her as a teammate to assist and help with any task or project. A company would greatly benefit from her joining their team.
