Linda has the ability to step into a new role, master it quickly, and own it! She managed the IT procurement processes, suppliers and assets for more than 11K critical pieces of hardware equipment for the Chrysler US plants. For equipment not owned, she had the additional responsibility to manage the leasing contracts for more than 300 lessors. The criticality of ensuring contracts were managed properly would directly impact the operations of plant production; Linda handled this flawlessly. She was also faced with extreme challenges when financial institutions stopped providing leases to the company due to its new 'non-public' standing and the automotive/economic climate; she secured the support of one banking institution to ensure operations could continue (a true testament to her abilities). Linda has many qualities and a team spirit that make her a great person to work with.
