Assign technology service work to technology staff according to type of request, urgency, and the expertise of the tech support person. Run daily reports for insurance staff. Assign security logins and passwords for practitioners wishing to bill through the KHS billing system and also for internal staff using the eCura program. Run the weekly claims program for payments to be posted to the practitioners’ folder on our website. Take calls from providers, answering questions, helping them with technology questions, and directing them to the proper person when necessary. Set-up WebEx training schedules and registered participants. .
