  After teaching spin in the first spin studio ever called The Zone in East Hampton in 2000, I developed a passion for spinning and taught for a decade in various gyms and facilities. After numerous years of being in fitness, I also became a Flywheel Cycling Instructor for a great company called Flywheel Sports out of NYC in 2011. It is an awesome fun indoor cycling opportunity to get fit, work your heart, and find your competitive spirit! Since leaving, I focused on my own entrepreneurial efforts: See www.silichcore.com my website at my newly founded TRX Premier Licensed Fitness Studio offering small group training and personal training and also actively run and enjoy my GROUNDWORKS landscape design company with two partners. Music is an integral part of my fitness experience and training sessions. Playlists are created by me from a collection of music carefully arranged by NYC DJ's. I show a little glimpse of my unique personality in every class.
