I have had the opportunity to work with Linda over the last year + and can't say enough wonderful things about her. She is a member and volunteer with the Bainbridge Island Historical Museum. She has graciously provided insight and guidance to our Development Committee and to Museum leadership as we work toward changing our fundraising model and growing our capacity. In January, 2019, Linda led a staff and board retreat for the Museum. She helped us re-define our mission and create a vision statement and values. This involved significant pre-planning and in-depth work with our Board of Directors and staff as we worked to articulate the "why" behind our organization. She skillfully facilitated discussions among the group and helped ensure we reached consensus and had actionable outcomes. We now have a new mission, vision, and values that the board and staff believe in and that helps guide our work day-to-day. Linda has also helped advise our Development Committee as we explore beginning a capital campaign. Her connections and her experience have been immensely helpful as our team contemplates the necessary steps to take at this point. We are so fortunate to have her voice at the table to make suggestions and ensure we're preparing the organization to the best of our ability. She makes an overwhelming project seem manageable and fun!

Linda is a client's dream. she is not only unbelievably knowledgeable about anything and everything associated with fund raising, but she is a joy to work with. she first and foremost seeks to understand the client's needs and wants, and then, and only then, does she provide advice and guidance. could not recommend her more highly.
