  Paralegal Duties - Local Practice concentrates on real estate, corporate, financial and general commercial areas. Transactional subjects include commercial loan closings, real estate purchase and sale agreements, contracts, leases, assignment of leases, real estate development and construction, business entity organization and formation, shareholder agreements, asset and business purchase agreements, and other general business related matters. General Counsel for public trust duties include scheduling of meetings, preparation of draft agenda and resolutions, transcribing of minutes, file organization, communications with trustees; National practice concentrates on representation of lenders in the closing of multifamily housing project loans made pursuant to programs administered by Fannie Mae and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.Duties include, but are not limited to, coordination of multifamily loan transactions including the preparation of closing checklists, preliminary review of corporate documentation, preliminary review of title, preliminary review of survey, coordination of final title, survey and organizational documentation, preparation and execution of closing documents, preparation of closing and delivery binders.
