  After 13 very happy and successful years as head teacher of Blockley C. of E. Primary School, I am very much looking forward to using my experience of teaching and leadership and management to support Wiltshire school's. I will: *opertate as a critical friend, professional colleague and adviser; *provide high quality external validation of the school's own self evaluation based on the new OFSTED Common Inspection Framework; *provide guidance, support and challenge in analysing outcomes for pupils; *support the school to build capacity and expertise through moderating with senior leaders the quality of teaching and learning; *work with school leaders, including governors, to develop effective whole school leadership; *provide external support for Headteacher Performance Management.
