  As an M.div Chaplaincy student, I have the privilege of coming alongside the staff of PacRim's Student Life Department as a mentor for the campus worship team. This position also affords me the opportunity to exercise professional skills I learned as a funeral director - remaining level headed and compassionate and staying present during moments of intense, emotionally charged reactions that accompany moments of crisis, grief, trauma and loss. Connecting with people, for me, is an absolute joy! Community fills my tank. Being available to students and offering Pastoral counseling should the need arise, is a blessing. Show less
