Linda is an extraordinary leader. We have worked together for several years, first when she was Board Chair of The Samburu Project and I was a board member, and now that I am Board Chair and Linda is the Executive Director. Linda is smart and persistent. She "gets it." Linda possesses an outstanding work ethic, she is intellectually curious, and she is compassionate. I first began working with Linda in 1990, when she became Director of Manny Silverman Gallery. We worked on producing all the gallery announcements, invitations and catalogs over the years, as well as all the gallery in-house forms, stationary, and special projects. Her marketing capabilities helped in initiating client interest for the gallery and achieved the highest recognition by receiving design awards. Linda's knowledge and understanding of the art world and her innate sense of design helped to create a team endeavor with each project we worked on. Truly a team player . From the very start of the creative process, to utilizing her highly developed organizational skills and talent, she provided the materials needed in sometimes extremely challenging deadlines. With warmth, humor and always a professional demeanor, Linda was involved in the process from creative conception to editing and proofreading. With each step, she helped create a very strong working relationship of positive dynamic energy. She is supportive, caring, and sensitive to the well being of others. She knows when support is appropriate, but is also capable of taking quick and intelligent corrective action. Linda is an intelligent, attractive, stable, reliable and very likable individual.
