I took on the responsibility for project management and strategic sales in Spring 2016. And have been taking care of the Finnish and Baltic market areas independently since then. To me the key skill needed in this position is customer-centric thinking, communication; especially listening and understanding the clients' perspective. In addition to a key role in service and sales development, I also administrate and am in charge of the development of the CRM software (Salesforce and Zoho CRM).I've also tried to learn how to make a good cup of coffee, but haven't succeeded to this day. During the years I spent countless hours on learning and trying to perfect my skills no matter what hour of the day it was. The building itself is quite a looker. A factory building from 1912.
