I became an MCT in 1995 and did training and consulting as an independent contractor for almost 10 years. This was by far the biggest learning experience in my career. Not only did I see numerous environments and challenges in the real world, but was able to talk about and solve innumerable problems as well and plan for future development and architectures in the development and data world of information technology.
