  I began my Holiday Inn journey as a Front Desk Agent and quickly realized the art of winning guest over by simply being myself ~ warm, welcoming, friendly & genuinely concerned in assuring that their stay with us here was the best it could possibly be! Going that extra mile while continuing to work the desk in the most professional manner ~ Learning from the guests in all walks of life & having them leave memorable images I still recall to this day ~ After many years of encountering the comings and goings of all our events held here at our location, I was introduced to the behind the desk scenes of operation. I dove into the catering scene full on with eyes wide open ~ I enjoy meeting up with guests I remember from long ago and truly enjoy meeting new people ~ developing a relationship with them and providing a service with personal attention is my intention each and every time!
