  • Assisting with the daily operational requirements of both company contracts with National Grid, worth a combined figure of £14.5 million. Responsible for overseeing the work of 25 field-based operatives, ensuring that A.P. Broome Landscapes were able to deliver a grounds maintenance service of unrivalled quality. • Aided the successful retention of the National Grid UK Distribution contract in 2012, protecting company interests by allowing the continued service of a contract worth £3 million. • Responsible for the communication of essential progress statistics to high profile management at National Grid. By liaising regularly with the client, I was able to effectively build a strong rapport that I believe was a contributing factor to our status as a trusted affiliate. • Development and continual use of the company’s database system in order to produce complex, engaging reports. The Management Information Report was an integral part of our contractual responsibility and I took complete ownership for its monthly production. • Meticulous analysis of the reports mentioned above, which allowed for accurate billing on both National Grid contracts.
