  Indisciplinarte deals with cultural development and the management and promotion of cultural heritage. Through Indisciplinarte, among many initiatives: • coordinating a staff of +10 people, I managed (2008-2019) the creation and development of CAOS - Centro per le Arti Opificio Siri, in Terni. (www.caos.museum). • From 2006 to 2018 I co-directed the Festival of Contemporary Creation in Terni (Terni Festival), as a partner of the European network IN SITU (www.in-situ.info). • In Jan 2018, with a +5 people staff and +1k city volunteers, we organised the launch of the -1 year countdown to Matera 2019 European Capital of Culture. Oliver Grossetete, with Monumental Structure, was the artist we invited to collectively build a temporary giant cathedral in a public square. • In Jun 2019 we brought Luke Jerram 'Museum of the Moon' installation above the historic Piscina Cozzi, a public swimming pool in Milan.   Cultural Manager for Sa Manifattura, 12.000 sqm in the heart of Cagliari (Sardinia), a former tobacco plant. In 12 months, with a technical staff of +10 people: • we developed a strategy that positions Sa Manifattura as an interdisciplinary and multifunctional centre dedicated to the production, presentation and promotion of cultural activities between art, scientific research, digital and social innovation. • launched a call for a new brand and visual identity, receiving +500 proposals. "Sa Manifattura" has been chosen as the winner and replaced previous naming "Ex Manifattura Tabacchi". • we organised +10 workshops connecting the local community with national and international experts on architecture, urban regeneration, arts&science, cultural technology • we organised Sa Manifest, a public festival (September 20-27 2019) that - in partnerships with +10 private and public entities - brought +30k visitors to participate in +50 events on art, science and education. Owned by the Municipality, it's a 6.000 sqm cultural hybrid space, originated from a former chemical plant hosted in the last 10 years national and International temporary exhibitions, festivals, creative laboratories and residencies, a Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, the Archaeological Museum of the city, a 300-seats theatre, a cinema and a design café/bookshop.
