  I manage an international team of geologists and mining engineers conducting resource & reserve estimations for a range of commodities including gold, iron ore & base metals, coal, uranium, and industrial minerals, with an emphasis on Chinese outbound investment, particularly in Asia and Africa. Responsibilities are focused around business development, negotiation and management of contracts, project management, technical mentoring and risk assessment. Resource Estimation for minerals including gold, copper, tin, lead/zinc/silver, coal, uranium, iron ore, limestone, fluorite, zeolite. Senior Geologist for the flagship Lady Annie Project. Resource development and Exploration program design, supervision and execution. Took the project through the transition from resource development to mining, reconciliation and eventually sale when the company ran into financial difficulties in 2008. Three month secondment. Regional Mapping. Geological synthesis & target generation. Training, consulting.
