My responsibilities include all aspects of managing the classroom to achieve the college’s goals of student persistence and success. Managing attendance, grades and building a rigorous curriculum that addresses the range of learning styles. In addition as a first quarter instructor I proactively work with students of all levels of skills and abilities and put special focus on proactively working with students who are at risk of not performing to their potential. As head of the gallery committee I managed all aspects of the college gallery including from sending out artists calls to promotions, hanging shows, shipping and travel arrangements and managing successful receptions.
