Linda and I worked together on the Community Service Committee and some outreach programs at Almac. Linda is great to work with, she was always proactive for all the different efforts we were working of for the community service committe. She is a very caring person and inspried others in the company to step up and participate either in the events we were sponsoring or the campaigns we were running. At the time we were transitioning from an old out of date accounting system to Oracle R12, and she took control of the project and made sure that we went live on time and on budget. Her dogged determination to understand the details behind the accounting carried through to drive improvements in our accounting close cycle time down to a 3 day close, including revamping our invoicing cycle and revenue recognition process. Her ability to work with customers to understand their payment processes allowed us to radically reduce our past due payments as well.
