  I began my real estate career recording documents (real estate docs) in the Randall County Courthouse. I later became a loan officer and worked for both a broker and directly for a lender. I then, opened my own mortgage company and had 7 employees. I later moved to another state and was the branch manager for a mortgage company. Then I was transferred to a position as Texas title Manager with the largest vendor management company in the country. I reviewed appraisals for several months setting up the appraisal department while managing the Texas title department. I was then promoted to National Title Manager. I issued title in 38 states. I moved to Austin in 1999 and continued my realestate career. I worked both wholesale as and Account Executive and retail owning my own business - Moreland Mortgage Services. Finally in 2008 I earned my Real Estate license and joined a team with over 40 years of experience. Show less
