Within this role, I have been able to establish and maintain the brand identity and integrity of the College by managing the marketing and communications materials both digital and print publications. Through years of experience within the industry, I have been able to maximise productivity by developing an efficient workflow system in administration office operations including website and newsletter content creation and publishing. With my technical expertise, I was able to convert paper to paperless operations whilst maintaining the same level of accuracy of content across both hard copy and digital platform. This experience has allowed me to oversee the implementation of social media campaigns by reviewing data analytics and understanding the target audience to develop an effective social media strategy across all social media platforms of the College. Through my industry skills and background, this allowed me to work closely with Principal, providing support in the conceptualisation and execution of marketing solutions by dissecting data from all information channels. I have been able to organise community events and media releases in partnership with external marketing service provider, allowing to increase the number of enrolees and waitlist for the upcoming school year. This role has allowed me to grow exponentially – furthering my skills and abilities in an educational institution, where I have utilised a truly holistic creative and innovative skill-set to provide continuous outcomes with regularity.
