Opry City Stage is the first branch of the Grand Ole Opry outside of Nashville, Tennessee. I worked with Opry Entertainment and the New York partners to curate the programming and launch of this 4 floor, 28,000 sq foot music venue and restaurant/bar concept. I oversee the booking and entertainment of all artists performing on our 2nd floor venue, where in our opening months we had performances by Opry members including Trace Atkins and Vince Gill and national live broadcast performances with Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean. The Iridium is a legendary music venue that was the home of Les Paul, where he played every Monday night. Today, the programming has expanded from just jazz, but focuses on showcasing master level musicians with a focus on the best guitar players in the world.
