  As group manager I lead a team of 14 people developing processes, methods and system support to enable speed and modularization in Scanias product development process. We work with people change management and develop the right conditions for R&D to apply with and ensure legal requirements when creating sustainable transport solutions.

  As assignment manager I worked with transmission field quality errands. The work included project management with different teams including for example experienced designers, test engineers and field quality engines. Together we worked with understanding the issues at hand, developed solutions to solve the issues, then implementing these solutions to existing products.

  After finishing a two step internal leadership program within Scania I had the opportunity to work along side a production group manager for 6 months, practicing leadership and management. The work entailed managing a group of 12 people working with transmission manufacturing during day and night work on a five shift schedule.

  As Team Leader for Pre-Production I supported the group manager with resource planning and other minor managerial task. At the same time I worked with Pre-Production tasks and lead business development projects.

  As Pre-Production engineer I worked with business development and designed transmission manufacturing process flows, focusing on the parts journey through production. One of the bigger projects I defined and lead was developing the Part Realisation Process for all of Scanias manufacturing plants.
